Oct 4 was another appearance, remanded to Nov 26 @10.00 in courtroom 304, (room may change on that day) may he the awaited hearing, lets hope. Will keep you all informed.

Just another remand until Oct.4th@10:00am, courtroom 206, until posted moved to another room.  Hope to have more that can be said then.

Short appearance and was remanded to August 28, 2012 at 10:00 am, court room 304. Again because of the ban on publication I can't, at this time, say anything further. I can say this, keith is doing what he can to drag this out as long as he can, in my opinion. This just continues his abuse of these kids,  even though he is sitting in jail.

I will let you know what happens on the 28th. Am sorry I cannot say more, YET.

Ok, today will hopefully be the beginning of the end for this long drawn out process. Lets all hope he is deemed a dangerous offender and the kids can put some closure on at least keith and they can begin the long process of healing. A prayer for the kids will help.

We cannot update until the court case is complete, a ban on publication is in place. August 1, 2012 is the next court appearance @10:00am

As of today, it was remanded until May 23 @ 10:00 am in court room 302. I can post nothing more at this time as a ban on publication as be issued  by the court until the issues are all dealt with. The ban is on all not just papers, I will keep all informed on remands and court dates only.
