He appeared again via CCTV..remanded to Jan 4th at 2pm in court room 100. May again have more information..at least I hope we do. Keep hoping for good news.

Bail Court Visit 6

Keith was back again via CCTV and remanded to Dec. 20 @2:00pm in Court Room 100 via CCTV, bail again was not addressed. It was again discussed that there were more charges pending. Going by todays docket the standing charges are as follows:

Sexual Interference X 11
Invitation to sexual touching X 4
Sexual Assault X 5
fail to comply with a probation order X 3

I do not know if this includes the original 8 charges that have appeared in several newspapers and tv news shows as well as the earlier dockets. As well, from what I understand, investigations are still underway in both Hamilton-Wentworth Region and Niagara Region. Hopefully on the 20th the bail issues are resolved and it moves to the next level, the sooner this is over the better for the victims.

He is now looking good today, again via CCTV. I think they are putting all their ducks in a row, so to speak, bail was not addressed and it was made clear more charges are pending from the crown. he as been remanded until Dec 6 @2 in court room 100. He has still not entered a plea. re the Niagara region investigation, the attached link it from Niagara Falls paper, the charges it refers to are the first bunch of charges laid on Oct 28, 2010.

Niagara police are looking for information from the public after a former resident of the region was arrested in Hamilton on numerous sex charges against children.

The 48-year-old male suspect is a resident of Hamilton currently, but previously lived in the southern part of Niagara.

Niagara Regional Police couldn't provide a specific time frame when the accused resided in Niagara, but said it could have been as long as 10 years ago.

Bail Court vists 4

Was a quick court appearance today, again via CCTV, and he was remanded to Nov 26 @2 on court room 100. It looks like the investigation is still ongoing but has now moved to the Niagara Region for victims there. Seems some adjusting on present charges has happened. Will know more on Friday.

Bail Court Visit 3

He was not there, in person, again but was via CCTV. Remanded Until Nov 23. It may be the actual bail hearing, so we will have to be there by 10 am at court room 100. Looking at the docket as we entered we found that the total number of charges have again gone up, now to a total of 31 charges. Hopefully the bail issues will be completely addressed next week and we can move to the next level.

Bail Court Visit 2

Keith was not there live but was via CCTV, he, at this point, has no lawyer and his bail hearing was remanded until Nov.16 @2:00 in court room 100. I have also seen an additional 7 charges on the docket, to a total of 15 charges. We do not know if the additional 7 are related to the initial victims, but expect more information will be made public soon. At this point now, my opinion only, I believe the crown,(DA), will oppose bail. As of yet, he has not entered a plea. One can only hope he is big enough to take ownership and responsibility for what he has done and bring to an end, the abuse he is still doing to these kids.

Keith was there but so were we. It was a long day but is remanded until November 9 @2:00pm,Court Room No. 100 for more on the bail. By the looks of it he will not be bailed out.

In the wake of allegations Thursday about a Hamilton man who was sexually assaulting children, Friday a woman who says she was victimized told us her story. 48-Year old Keith Robinson is charged with sexually assaulting a 14 year old boy, and an eleven year old girl. Cristina Tenaglia spoke to a Niagara Falls woman who shared details about her painful past.

Man lured kids with porn and pot: Police

A 48-year-old Hamilton has been charged with sexual assault after two children complained they had sex with him after watching pornography and smoking marijuana at his home.

Police say other children may have been involved in similar incidents.

Keith Robinson, 48, was arrested at his home Wednesday when investigators from the Hamilton police child abuse branch executed a search warrant at his home near Main Street East near Gage Avenue.

Robinson appeared in Hamilton court Thursday.

He is charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual touching, three counts of sexual interference and anal intercourse.

Det. Bryan Grigsby said the warrant followed investigation of complaints of inappropriate sexual activity involving a boy and a girl being reported to police. Investigators seized pornographic material from the home.

Police allege Keith Robinson would invite children to his apartment where he would smoke marijuana and watch pornography with them. The man would then engage in sexual acts with the children.

Investigators believe there may be further victims that have not come forward and Hamilton police are asking anyone with knowledge of further victims or who is a victim themselves to contact Detectives Bryan Grigsby at 905-546-2990 or Art Lenters at 905-546-6253 at the child abuse branch or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
